To receive credit for the summit, participants must attend the entire activity, complete and submit an evaluation, and identify at least one specific practice change they intend to implement based on the topics presented. This process is used to measure knowledge acquisition and the planned application of learning to professional practice. Successful completion will result in the awarding of 5.75 contact hours.
